LARGE FARM WITH STABLES, GRAZING LAND AND OLIVE GROVE

Large farm with stables, grazing land and olive grove near Casarabonela, Southern Spain. At 45 minutes from Malaga city, the airport and the beaches. The Build size is divided into 432m2 for residential and the remaining 1437 is for agriculture and livestock use. With regards to the residential use, there is a main house (356m2) a guard or guest house (76m2) and a fantastic Olympic sized pool of approximately 11,5×24 metres. Further along the track there is grazing land of approximately 19 hectares that can be seeded for the horses or used for dryland crops as wheat, chickpeas, sunflowers etc. In front of the house there is a large plot of approximately 20 hectares that has been planted with olives, variety Hojiblanca around 2016-2017. There is also a part planted with avocados and fruit trees.

Following the track up the hill, you will also see some older olive and almond groves with trees of app. 40-50 year old. The current production is app 20.000 kg of olives and 30.000 kg of avocados. Since most of the olives are still young, the production is growing every year. In the old days the farm also had around 100 cows.

The finca is fully fenced. It has its own water supply from a stream, which is used for agriculture and in the old days for livestock. The house is fed from a borehole. The water is pumped up to a large water deposit. The water infrastructure is well maintained and fully functioning. The finca is connected to mains electricity and has a 4 or 5G signal to connect to WIFI.
