There is also a part planted with avocados and fruit trees.
Following the track up the hill, you will also see some older olive and almond groves with trees of app. 40-50 year old. The current production is app 20.000 kg of olives and 30.000 kg of avocados. Since most of the olives are still young, the production is growing every year. In the old days the farm also had around 100 cows.
The finca is fully fenced. It has its own water supply from a stream, which is used for agriculture and in the old days for livestock. The house is fed from a borehole. The water is pumped up to a large water deposit. The water infrastructure is well maintained and fully functioning. The finca is connected to mains electricity and has a 4 or 5G signal to connect to WIFI.
